ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 spoilers: Gabriel Mann teases battle of programmers

Are you ready for an intense battle to break out on “Revenge” season 2? Let’s hope so, but on this occasion we’re not even talking about anything involving Emily Thorne directly; instead, this story is really all about the battle of the programming giants coming up between Nolan and the mysterious entity known as Falcon. We’ve already learned that this is the only person who can really take on Nolan when it comes to his skill set, and he also apparently is somewhere on the Grayson family payroll.

So what comes next for these two? Speaking to TV Guide, Gabriel Mann promised that we would see a battle … though it is probably not going to be the same sort of one that you are accustomed to seeing on this show:

“Two major computer geeks going head-to-head — you can imagine that one … How they [battle] is something that will inspire some laughs.”

While this sounds like an entertaining scene, Mann also teased that there is something else coming up that could cause Nolan some great peril, and it’s certainly the sort of thing he would want to have Emily, Aiden, or someone with a greater sense of physical prowess around for. As for whether or not they are, that is still a mystery.

One thing that we do know for sure? That we still have towait of a week and a half until we see more of “Revenge” on the air. The show will return to ABC on April 28, and from there it will lead off to a tragic two-hour finale. After all, we already know that not everyone is going to make it out of that episode alive.
