‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: News on Kate Hudson, Darren Criss, Lea Michele

As we near the final act of “Glee” season 4, it appears that many of the show’s guest stars are looking to put in one final appearance of the season. First, we saw that Sarah Jessica Parker was doing this very thing as Isabelle; and now, Kate Hudson is also coming back for one more go as dance teacher Cassandra July.

What is interesting about the new photo shared here by both Ryan Murphy and Lea Michele is that you can read it in so many different ways. Why is Rachel Berry looking so intimidated by her? Even if she doesn’t get the part in “Funny Girl,” she still has so much to be proud of that she really shouldn’t be worried about a cranky NYADA teacher who has had some sort of vendetta against her for almost the entire season. (Of course, this is masked within the guise of pushing her to be the best that she can possibly be.)

This appearance by Hudson is going to be for the 21st episode of the season, otherwise known as the last one without Cory Monteith on board.

Meanwhile, Murphy also shared the following photo that should make Klaine fans very excited: proof that Chris Colfer and Darren Criss’ characters will in fact be spending plenty more time together before the season comes to a close. Does this mean that these two are going to finally be on the same page again? We don’t know that, but it is certainly evidence that the ice between them is continuing to thaw, and the “I Do” episode was not the ending of their chemistry together.
