‘All-Star Celebrity Apprentice’ review: Dennis Rodman’s team has a spelling error…
Going into Sunday night’s new “All-Star Celebrity Apprentice” episode, there was one thing on our mind: you knew that one of the token “personalities” of the show was going to be Project Manager eventually; and when that happens, this means that there could be some major trouble that unfolded.
The good news for Dennis Rodman? When you really consider how disastrous his turn as a PM was the first time around, this actually wasn’t nearly as bad. He at least was sober during the task, and we actually think that Brande Roderick did a great job selling the product. The problem? Dennis’ team spelled Melania Trump’s name wrong on the advertisement. What a terrible, terrible mistake; it was so bad that Penn Jillette’s team won despite a pretty ho-hum presentation, one in which he referred to Melania as the spokesperson for her skin-care line, rather than saying that she had worked on it for the past ten years of her life. (Plus, he metaphorically spat on Eric Trump during the preparation for the task.)
The only thing crazier than Dennis misspelling the name? The fact that he continually tried to downplay it as a big deal.
We totally missed the two-hour format here, since there were probably so many great moments that we missed out on thanks to the show being just an hour in length this season. The boardroom was short, but it was obvious what was going to happen: while Trace Adkins was somewhat responsible for handling the advertisements, Dennis did sign off on it. Plus, he’s been brought back into the boardroom almost every week this season. So he was sent home on a weak episode, and now the only remaining person who is working on borrowed time is none other than Gary Busey.
What did you think about this week’s episode, and did you agree that Dennis’ time had come to be fired from the show? Be sure to share some of your thoughts, and you can see where we ranked some of these contenders over at the link here.

The most laughable part of tonight’s episode is the notion that Melania worked on this cream for 10 years.
