‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6 spoilers: New scoop on Clay, Jax storylines
With the story for “Sons of Anarchy” season 6 still being set in stone, it is still going to take some time before we know what the basic framework of all 13 episodes is going to be. However, what we can say right now is that the season will start with Clay behind bars, and in a very interesting position: after spending five years being the man that most of America loathed, he almost has an air of sympathy about him now that he is in many ways on a metaphorical island. To make matters worse, Jax is becoming more and more like him by the day.
In elaborating on the Clay situation for season 6, executive producer Kurt Sutter tells TVLine that he and the writers are still working to “play out” what is going to be a pretty interesting story to follow when it comes to how this character functions behind bars. Meanwhile, he explained a bit as to why so many out there suddenly now feel a tinge of heartache for when the majority of them wanted him dead prior to the start of season 5:
“The interesting thing is by having the two people he loved most in terms of the club, Juice and Gemma, kind of turn on him … I do think there was a moment where, even though you despise Clay to an extent, you actually felt sorry for this guy. So yeah, there’s not a lot of sympathy out there [for his plight].”
Sutter also spilled to the publication that when it comes to Charlie Hunnam’s Jax, our hero / antihero / whatever you want to call him has really evolved past the point now where he is even considering trying to get himself out of the violent world of SAMCRO:
“I think Jax has made the decision, ‘This is my life, this is what I’m supposed to be doing, but can I do it the right way? Can I get us out of guns? Can I go legit? He’s at the same precipice his dad was at 25 years ago. It’s not so much about getting out but, ‘Can I make it less dangerous and keep people safe? Can I keep my family whole?’ That’s the shift that has happened.”
Sutter was recently at the FX upfront promoting the show, and if you want to see some video footage of him and the cast at the afterparty, be sure to head over to the link here.

I like who Jax has become. In the last scene before Tara gets arrested you can see a whole lot of different emotions from him. I thought that her saying he would FOLLOW her and the boys to Oregon was insulting. She didn’t say come with them but follow, I would have gotten mad over that. Like she wants him to be her puppy. she is the one that needs to follow. Clay deserves to die. If he doesn’t die before his hearing Ogie doesn’t have much pull and neither did Pope in hiring outside assasins that are suppose to kill whoever kills him for I think it was five mil.

i feel a bit bad for jax being torn btw samcro and tara w/kids but he made his choice to stick around with the mc since S.O.A is his father’s club he should take over which he has. As for clay i think he’s gonna try to get out…… but he’s gonna die regardless in jail or on the outside by jax.
