‘Once Upon a Time’ season 2, episode 19 preview: Meet Robin Hood

Let’s hope you are rather patient. After getting a few new episodes of “Once Upon a Time” season 2, the show is going to be on hiatus now until April 21 (unless you count a behind-the-scenes special that is airing the week before).

So what is going to happen during “Lacey”? The bad news here is that the first promo for the episode below really does not give away much at all. As a matter of fact, they don’t even explain that the title (spoiler alert!) is a reference to the personality Belle is going to adopt, much in the same way that Charming became David and Snow White became Mary Margaret.

Instead, the only real scoop that we have thrown in here is that we are going to be meeting yet another hero in Robin Hood. But is this really the best time to meet him? While we are excited to see this guy in action, the main concern that we have at the moment is simply that there is not really time right now to make this character as great as they could. We just met a fantastic new villain in Tamara, and in some ways we’re more interested in finding out about her and her motivations than anything else. Why is she taking out so many fairy-tale creatures, and how did she meet up with Owen? It is rather interesting at the moment that in a world where there are people with magic and all sorts of abilities, the biggest threat is someone who is a mere mortal.
