‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: One of the most cryptic titles yet
Shonda Rhimes must know what she is doing at the moment when it comes to some of her “Grey’s Anatomy” episodes titles. After all, trying to speculate about the latest one that was just released is really akin to torture.
According to a new report from SpoilerTV, the upcoming 20th installment of the new season is going to carry with it the official title of “She’s Killing Me.” Cryptic, no? There are clearly two mysteries here in just three words: who’s the person playing the role of the victim, and who is the person serving as the killer.
If we were to try to play detective, there are a few reasonable conclusions that we could draw based on the title alone:
1. Maybe this is the latest chapter of Meredith’s baby causing more problems for her and Derek. After all, it wouldn’t be a Rhimes show without a pregnancy that causes complications to the point where someone nearly loses their life in the process.
2. Maybe this is Alex responding to the torment he is feeling now courtesy of Jo being with someone else. We’ve rooted for the two for several months now, but they are starting to take some genuine steps in the right direction.
3. By a similar token, maybe this title is Jackson talking about April. We can probably assume that it is not any of the show’s current couples talking about each other, since there is no reason why they would be feeling such torment.
After this episode, there are only going to be four episodes left; and considering that Rhimes has already said that there are not going to be any significant deaths that take place this season, we are supposing that there will be an end to this “killing” feeling at some point.
