‘Once Upon a Time’ season 2, episode 16 preview: Snow White embraces dark side

Ginnifer Goodwin

Based on the sneak peek below for Sunday night’s new “Once Upon a Time” season 2 episode, it probably is pretty fair to say right now that one Mary Margaret is having no problem at all changing her moniker to Snow Dark (and no, this will never become old to us). The hidden nature of this character is starting to become apparent, and there is clearly one reason why this side of her is showing up: as a means to offset all of the ways in which she has suffered over the course of her life. Cora has taken her mother away from her, and really started off the chain of events that put her in a position to have Regina at odds with her later

So now that she has witnessed what Cora has done to take one more person out of her life completely (in Johanna), she is really ready for revenge. Will she get it? Not if David has his way! As you can see in the sneak peek below, Josh Dallas’ character tries everything in his power to convince Snow to not bite the bullet on killing the even eviler Evil Queen for the sole reasons that it’s not her nature, and this is a move that she will severely regret a little later down the line.

By the end of the episode, hopefully we are going to have an opportunity now to see not only whether or not Snow goes through with her plan, but how Neal Cassady feels about suddenly being a part of the Storybrooke community. He arrives in the clip, but strangely no one seems altogether shocked to see him there.

What do you think about the video below? If you want to check out some more clips focusing primarily on what is happening with Rose McGowan’s Cora (the younger version) via flashbacks, you can do so over at the link here.
