NBC’s ‘Community’ season 4 video: Check out Shirley and Annie’s ‘prank’
There continues to be a certain something off when it comes to the clips being released for the “Community” season 4 premiere, and we feel as though we have finally figured it out: the scenes just aren’t fully through post-production yet. With that in mind, be sure to watch this with a grain of salt.
Nonetheless, the basic premise behind this video from the February 7 episode is still solid: as a way in which to celebrate their senior year at Greendale, Shirley decides to take part in the tradition known as a senior prank. Her idea is actually pretty ingenious: using a car, with the help of mirrors, as a way to make popcorn.
As for the conversation that happens during this clip, we actually learn a few important things about the premiere’s story. Jeff Winger is planning to graduate early, and to the surprise of no one the study group is not excited about it. It’s not so much that they believe they can stay at Greendale forever; but they are aware that their time is passing at the school, and they have to make the most of every moment that is going to end up coming their way. We’re sure that over the course of the episode, everyone from Troy to Britta will do their part to try and make Jeff stick around, and considering that there is still a full season of the show coming up, we still have a feeling that he is going to be staying for a while.
The premiere episode of the show is going to feature what happens when students at Greendale fight it out, “Hunger Games”-style, to determine just who is going to gain admittance into a History of Ice Cream class.
