‘Private Practice’ series finale spoilers: Check out the first promo

In just six short days, the finale for “Private Practice” will be here; and now, we have a brand-new way to say goodbye courtesy of the new promo from ABC.

So what can we expect to see during the episode? There are still a number of mysteries floating around out there, but the one thing we know for sure is that we will see a set-up for a big wedding between Addison and Jake. Unfortunately, we don’t know whether or not she is actually going to want to go through with it. This is a very big decision for her to make, but does it really need to be as dramatic as it looks right now?

We suppose one of our issues with the idea of Addison having second thoughts is that it has been everyone on TV as of late. As a matter of fact, even “Grey’s Anatomy” had a wedding snafu recently with Bailey (even if she wasn’t so much getting cold feet as she was taking care of Adele Webber). Considering everything that Jake went through in order to make sure that she could keep her son in her life, we would think that this would be an easy decision.

We are assuming that there is some sort of time jump in between the proposal and the finale, and hopefully this means that we will have more of an opportunity to find out just what has unfolded with Charlotte’s triplets, with Sheldon’s cancer battle, and Violet’s own journey to find herself in a life freed from a relationship. There are a lot of questions, and only an hour for answers.
