‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9, episode 10 preview: New romances for Jackson, April?

On Thursday night’s new episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9, love may be in the air for some of the characters at Seattle Grace … and if that isn’t true, we are at least talking about lust. After all, we anticipate there being some possibly hookups in this episode, at least based on some of the conversations that are being had in the latest sneak peek.

So who’s being targeted for a little bit of lovin’ first and foremost? It’s actually Gaius Charles’ Shane who seemingly thinks that he is being preyed upon by April. Why? She is asking him all sorts of personal questions while they are out on rounds together, and is also not really listening to any of his attempts to try and change the subject.

Meanwhile, there is also someone else who has the eyes for April’s own former romantic partner in Jackson, but for whatever reason we still feel that the couple with the most long-term viability here is none other than Alex and Jo. They have been a little bit more of a slow burn, and after treating her pretty awfully at first, there is some sort of mutual respect there that is starting to form up over time.

Speaking of pairings, we should also know by the end of this episode whether or not Bailey and Ben are going to stick together following her decision to bail on the wedding and help Adele Webber try to stay alive. Considering his profession, we are pretty sure that he will understand (or at least that is what we are hoping for).
