‘White Collar’ season 4, episode 11 preview: Matt Bomer’s awkward family reunion

During the season 4 finale of “White Collar,” we learned a little bit of valuable information that is going to take the show down a pretty interesting road moving forward: Sam is not only some sort of key informant with ties to Neal’s past, he just also happens to be the noted thief’s dear-old dad. As for where this takes the two of them when the series returns, that is to be seen; but take our word for it that it is going to be interesting…

So just what is going to happen moving forward? For the time being, at least a good part of this is going to be kept under a tight lock and key other than the fact that Neal is going to try and make sense of just what sort of relationship he wants with this man. This is not going to be particularly easy, either, when you remember that he also still has a job to do. We are also convinced that having a new man in Neal’s family life is going to somehow impact his professional relationship with Peter, who in some ways has been a mentor regardless of whether or not Matt Bomer’s character ever admits to it.

As for what else is going to happen on the winter season of the show, expect to see Hilarie Burton return as Sara, and for there to be some rather incredible scenes featuring the two characters throughout some New York City locales.
