‘Once Upon a Time’ season 2 spoilers: More from a ‘Pretty Little Liars’ star soon
If you are ready to see the return of a familiar face to the world of “Once Upon a Time,” you have no reason to worry: it’s coming soon, at least according to the show’s own executive producer.
Adam Horowitz has been rather generous over the Christmas holiday when it comes to unveiling some new episode titles for the hit ABC drama series, and on this time around, he gave some confirmation on Twitter to some rumors surrounding the return of “Pretty Little Liars” star Julian Morris as Prince Phillip, who has not turned up really since the season premiere in any sort of major capacity:
“Yes, Prince Philip as brilliantly portrayed by @Ju1ianMorris will return… And soonish. #OnceUponATime #holidayspoilers“
How soon is “soonish” really? Our guess is that the character will turn up by the end of the February sweeps. As for just how he will turn up, however, that is an entirely different story. During the show’s midseason finale, Phillip (who was left in some sort of permanent state of sleep) was one of the fairytale characters still in the present-day version of the world, along with his significant other in Aurora and the warrior Mulan. It’s possible that all three could find their way to Storybrooke, but considering that Morris has another gig as Wren on the hit ABC Family series, we have a hard time imagining that he could be playing some sort of major role on this series moving forward.
Are you glad to see Phillip returning, and what sort of role do you want to see him play on the show moving forward? If you want to read some more “Once Upon a Time” season 2 scoop pertaining to Prince Charming and Snow White, you can do so over at the link here.
