‘Hart of Dixie’ season 2 spoilers: Will Wade have competition for Zoe’s heart?

After watching Zoe and Wade awkwardly fight their feelings for one another during season 1 of “Hart of Dixie” and then finally get into a committed relationship at the end of season 2 fans are content with the romance and are excited to see where things will go for these two now that they are officially boyfriend and girlfriend – but is there going to be another man entering the picture who could end Wade and Zoe’s blossoming relationship?

According to TVLine, Lemon and Brick’s cousin, Jonah, will be coming to town and possibly causing some conflict for Zoe and Wade.  Executive Producer Leila Gerstein says that Jonah will be a handsome, but arrogant Southern boy that will really push Zoe’s buttons.  She said: “He is a really fun character — a conceited, arrogant Southern boy. You can think of him as a young Brick Breeland. He gets in Zoe’s face, and there’s conflict ahead.”

So when are we going to see Wade and Zoe take a turn for the worse and a possible romance between Zoe and Jonah?  Gerstein said: “There won’t be anything like that, certainly, for awhile.”

We are hoping that the Zoe/Wade breakup won’t be for a long while since these two only just made things official on the last episode of “Hart of Dixie”.  There is still so much that can happen with these two characters, since both are fairly awkward and seem to be terrible at relationships, so to break them up sooner rather than later would be robbing the fans of what could be a fun romance.
