‘How I Met Your Mother’ season 8, episode 11 preview: Music to our ears
Who wants to see one of the cutest things ever created on “How I Met Your Mother”? It’s hard to really argue against the video below, at least when it comes to talking about something that puts a rather enormous smile on our face.
Basically, what we are looking at here is rather fun lullaby performed by Marshall and Lily in what is their latest effort to try and put their child Marvin to bed: it’s completely ridiculous, but at the same time very sweet in terms of watching how an elephant, a bird, a robot, and a skeleton playing his own ribcage all say goodnight. (Plus, there is a lovely twist at the end courtesy of one of the couple’s neighbors.) The whole reason for this performance is thanks to them trying to show Lily’s dad just how to properly care for the child at night, as they have been given the rare opportunity to get away for a few days and try to get some rest and relaxation (though we figure that this is not going to be as easy as it seems).
If there is one thing that is becoming clear in the sneak peeks CBS is showing us, it is that they are mostly just interested in giving us the goods from Marshall and Lily in order to encourage us to watch to see what’s coming next from Barney and Robin. These two are easily the couple at the moment who everyone is excited to see more of, since it is possible that they could finally be together by the end of all this.
