‘Private Practice’ series finale spoilers: The episode title is…
Have you been waiting for the end of “Private Practice”? After last night’s stellar outing focused on Sheldon, there is a part of us that actually wishes that the show could stick around forever.
Unfortunately, that is not the case, and the show is going to be wrapping up its six-season run on ABC early next year with an episode that now officially has a title (per SpoilerTV): “In Which We Say Goodbye.” It’s an emotional title, but also in some ways a rather simple one. There’s no beating around the bush here, unless of course this is supposed to be some sort of metaphor about us literally having to say goodbye to one of the characters. With that in mind, can we please start begging now to Shonda Rhimes to not kill off any more of the characters?
The two episode titles leading up to the finale have also been revealed:
Episode 11 – “Good Fries Are Hard To Come By”
Episode 12 – “Full Release”
The one that is obviously of the greatest interest at the moment is the one involving the fries, mostly because you know that has to be some sort of red herring for a dark, complex story bubbling underneath the surface. “Full Release” could mean just about anything from letting go of inhibitions to (in using the possible death metaphor again) letting go of this life and moving forward into the next. Of course, we’re hoping that it is not something so dreary, but you can never be sure with this show.
What do you think about the final titles for the show? Be sure to share some of your thoughts below, and you can also check out some more “Private Practice” season 6 spoilers over at the link here.
