‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 5 spoilers: A tease on Donal Logue’s character

For most of ‘Sons of Anarchy” season 5, much of the drama within Charming has be contained within the rival gangs and the local law enforcement; however, that is at least about to change in a few ways courtesy of a man who at least has experience fighting crime on a little bit of a larger level (though he may have also been an active participant in it at the same time).

According to a new report from Zap2It, Donal Logue is set to make his first appearance on Tuesday night as the character of a U.S. Marshall who has a major angry side. It is not clear just who the man is targeting with 100% certainty, but the site does hand down at least one pretty important clue: it will be someone within the Teller family who has a reason to be nervous.

Will this person have a specific axe to grind? This is something that we are at least at the moment curious about, largely due to the fact that revenge has played a pretty important role on this show all season long. Damon Pope was acting out of revenge when he took Tig’s joy away from him, and Jax has been on a warpath ever since the death of Opie. Heck, even Eli has been looking to make deals with Jax and SAMCRO in order to get him a step closer to avenging the death of his family.

We anticipate Logue to have a pretty important role over the final few episodes of season 5, and he will not be the only new face appearing in the world. (For now, we’ll keep some of the others a mystery.)

What do you think this character’s role is going to be?
