‘Homeland’ season 2 spoilers: Saul and Carrie clear the air (video)
Does Saul really think that Carrie is ready to handle being close to Brody on “Homeland” season 2, especially after everything the two parties went through in the past? This is a question that is going to be front a center during Sunday night’s new episode, and for that reason it was pretty imperative the two parties find a way to clear the air about it. With that in mind, we now present the latest sneak peek for the show below.
This clip is set up simply enough, as Carrie is starting to have concerns yet again that Brody tipped off one of Abu Nazir’s many sources about his involvement with the CIA. In addition to that, she is also feeling even more animosity to Quinn, which is pretty understandable considering that the guy has “tool” stamped across his forehead in giant letters.
For Saul, what he is more concerned about more than any individual emotions on Carrie’s part is just that she is okay with everything that has transpired with Brody in the past, and that she will not fall into the same trap again. Luckily, her response suggests good things: she feels vindicated by the fact that she was right the first time around, and no longer feels any need to draw close to him other than to ensure that he does the job provided. Otherwise, it’s back to hit spending the rest of his life rotting in a cell while being labeled as a traitor to his own people.
Do you really think that Carrie is going to be able to stay away from Brody for the rest of “Homeland” season 2?
