All Rise episode 9 spoilers: Is an innocent man in jail?

Following tonight’s new episode, All Rise episode 9 is airing on CBS next week and bringing with it serious questions for Lola. Take, for example, learning whether or not she previously prosecuted someone who was actually innocent.

We’re not going to pretend as though Lola is the first person involved in the legal system who potentially did something like this. Heck, she’s not even the first character on a legal show. The real matter at hand here is trying to separate the truth from the fiction. There’s no rolling back the clock; instead, you just have to hope that you can find answers this time around.

“How to Succeed in Law Without Really Re-Trying” – When one of Lola’s former murder cases is overturned on appeal, Mark helms the retrial and struggles to keep the bomber in jail, while Lola fears she may have prosecuted an innocent man, on ALL RISE, Monday, Nov. 25 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Watching a retrial play out should prove interesting, mostly because this is not the sort of thing that you tend to see all of the time. It’s a difficult case, given the sole fact that there may be at least some evidence, or potentially, a lot of it, that links this person to the crime.

No matter the verdict here in this case, you better be prepared for a little bit of a break. Following this, All Rise will have at least a one-week hiatus; we’ll have more news on the future of the show a little bit later on down the road.
