Law & Order: SVU season 21 episode 9 spoilers: The fall finale

Next week, Law & Order: SVU season 21 episode 9 is going to be delivering the most important episode since the premiere. It’s the fall finale, and one that will feature an important case, some notable guest stars, and then also some major tension between Benson and the SVU’s most notable newcomer. Kat’s tenacity is one of the reasons why she is so good at her job. Yet, her tenacity could also be the thing that leads to some clashes. It comes with some of the territory of this job with the long hours and strong opinions.

So what are the confines of the specific case? What gets the ball rolling when it comes to some of the particular drama? Below, CarterMatt offered up the full Law & Order: SVU season 21 episode 9 synopsis with some more news as to what’s coming up:

11/21/2019 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Thursday) : A fellow detective asks the SVU for help when he suspects his two daughters are being groomed by a serial predator. Kat disobeys the Captain’s orders. Starring Mariska Hargitay, Ice T, Kelli Giddish, Peter Scanavino and Jamie Gray Hyder. Guest starring Nicholas Turturro, Vincent Kartheiser, Zuleikha Robinson and Amy Hargreaves. TV-14 D

For the time being, one of the things that we’re thinking about with this episode is that it’s a valuable chance to see where this team is now. When Kat joined, that did create a different dynamic. It opened some different doors and gave some of these characters a chance to spend a little bit more time grappling with different dynamics. They’re becoming more accustomed to the new structure of the team and with Carisi on the legal side of things … but that doesn’t make anything a well-oiled machine just yet.

Following the fall finale, we expect that SVU is going to return with new episodes when we get around to early next year.
