The Walking Dead season 10 episode 6 spoilers: Carol, Daryl’s mission
Go ahead and think of this episode as one that will give the two more of a shared goal and, beyond just that, a chance to also figure out more of their specific future together. Will they consider going away together to live anew? That’s a discussion that they have had in the past, but we do wonder if that will rise up and become important to them eventually. For the time being, their #1 priority may just be making sure that they can help the present state of their super-chaotic world, one that includes the Whisperers breathing down their necks and/or taking more land from them. We don’t think we have to tell you why there is a lot of pressure on all of them at the moment.
Below, CarterMatt has the official The Walking Dead season 10 episode 6 synopsis with some additional information on what lies ahead:
Carol and Daryl go on a mission together while Siddiq struggles to solve a mystery.
Will this episode do anything when it comes to taking on the story of Negan? We saw him do what he could to set up a showdown with Beta at the end of tonight’s episode, and it does feel on some level that this is going to be some sort of epic battle of the ages. Unfortunately, it does also feel like something that the writers are not going to rush into giving us. There is no mention in the synopsis — maybe that will change in the promo, or at least we hope so.
Beyond just that, let’s hope that there are some more big moments coming soon that give us a larger sense of surprise. We do enjoy The Walking Dead at the moment from a character-building perspective, but it doesn’t feel very much similar to the show that we had, even stylistically, from the earlier seasons.
