God Friended Me season 2 episode 4 sneak peek: What’s in the painting?

God Friended Me often does very much love its mysteries, and we’re going to have a chance to see another one on season 2 episode 4.

So what is this one going to be all about? Just think in terms of a painting, and trying to get an understanding of the mysteries that lie within it. Could this lead to more answers from the God Account, or at least moving the God Squad inches closer to the end goal? All of this is possible, but it’s clear to Rakesh in the sneak peek below that no matter how much software he has, he’s not going to be able to move towards an endgame on his own. He’s going to need some help, ideally from someone who will understand the painting more than anyone: The artist Audrey.

Here is the next problem that awaits the team — the idea that apparently, Audrey is not one to frequently attend her own galleries. That’s not something that they can rely on, so instead they’re going to have to try and find a different way in order to reach out to her. More than likely, that isn’t going to be the easiest thing to do. They’re just going to have to get to work, start asking some important questions, and then hoping that at least someone out there who going to be interested in lending a helping hand. There’s no guarantee of that, but it’ll be fun to watch the process play out.

The final moment of the sneak peek does hint at another one of the show’s mysteries — though this one is separate from the God Account. Both Miles and Cara joke that they really have no idea what Rakesh is doing for a living these days, other than that he has a nice job title. In the end, it’s just nice to see the show’s central trio back together after they’ve all been separated to some degree throughout most of the season. (At least Miles and Cara got a chance to spend a good bit of time together in Paris.)
