The Walking Dead season 10 episode 3 sneak peek: The endless attack
Think, to be specific, the life of Carol. She wakes up at around 6:00 a.m., and shortly after that we see some of the community rise up as well. You see a fight against walkers, training sessions, and then a fight against more walkers a little bit later. Aaron gets a little bit of screen time here but the longer that this preview goes along, the more apparent that it is that the real stars of this sneak peek are the walkers — all of the different walkers. They keep coming and coming and coming like our heroes’ territory is the site of a Black Friday sale, and there isn’t any evidence that they’re slowing down.
As a matter of fact, the timeline of this preview makes it look as though the humans have been fighting the zombies for the better part of almost two days straight.
So what is going on here? This could be some sort of organized onslaught by the Whisperers, who are crafty enough in order to arrange something like this. They could be trying to use the zombies to exhaust everyone so that they can go in and make short work of everyone after the fact. This totally does feel like something that they are capable of doing and they’d love nothing more than to cause a little bit of chaos before a possible attack. That is the threat that they provide this show — they’re unpredictable and they move about this world in some different, bizarre ways. We know that Alpha does have an axe to grind with Carol, so she’ll probably opt to do whatever she possibly can in order to cause more chaos in her world.
This preview may be short, but we like to think it sets a good foundation for whatever is coming tomorrow night. Prepare yourself for some more surprises, and hopefully strong stories for the supporting cast.
