All Rise episode 4 spoilers: A jury field trip goes south
Within this upcoming episode (entitled “A View from the Bus”), you’re going to see Lola grant the jury a chance to visit a crime scene. What’s the benefit of doing this? It allows them to get a more tangible view of some of the evidence and see what lies directly in front of them. There are a lot of benefits that could come from such a trip … but there are also some drawbacks. Many drawbacks, in fact, These are not the sort of drawbacks that can be ignored when they surface out in the field.
Below, CarterMatt does have the full All Rise episode 4 synopsis, which we like to think does have some other news as to what’s coming next:
“A View from the Bus” – When a jury’s field trip to a crime scene takes a dramatic turn, Judge Lola Carmichael must determine if the trip she granted helped the defendant or biased the jury. Also, Mark is ready to take down a reputed crime boss, but discovers it’s more complicated after he learns that a cop may have tampered with the evidence, on ALL RISE, Monday, Oct. 14 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
So could Lola’s trip ruin the jury? It’s certainly possible, and there could be some other problems that arise from it beyond that, as well. What we do like about this storyline, regardless of whatever the consequences may be, is that it will be able to give viewers a different perspective on what it means to be a legal drama. That’s one of the biggest issues with a show like All Rise — viewers are going to assume that it’s the same thing that they’ve seen a million times before when, in reality, it’s not. There are a number of different things that help it to stand out.
