Fear the Walking Dead season 5 episode 8 video: Logan’s first message

Fear the Walking Dead season 5 episode 8 arrives on AMC tomorrow and it goes without saying that there is danger. As a matter of fact, the danger is severe. This is one of the craziest positions that Alicia Clark is in, given that in the aftermath of the zombie blood and radiation, her life could be on the line.

Yet, in the sneak peek below from tomorrow night’s new episode, you don’t see any evidence of Alycia Debnam-Carey’s character being worse for wear. Instead, we’re starting off with a flashback! You see Morgan, Strand, Alicia, Charlie, Althea, John, and others do their part to transmit out messages to everyone who needs support. They’re trying to fulfil one of their missions and doing what they can to lend a helping hand.

As for whether or not it’s successful, that’s a totally different story. Morgan keeps trying to get a message out there to no avail, and that leads to Alicia questioning whether or not they’re the last ones left in the area. Right when they’re about to take a break, that’s when the message from Logan comes in … and we’ve learned a little bit already about Logan and what he’s bringing to the table as a villain this season. He’s finally surfacing after being a part of what we saw earlier this season, and we could be coming closer to a showdown.

When the rest of tomorrow’s episode airs, you’ll have a chance to get a few more updates on Alicia and, along the way, also get a chance to learn how the lives of these characters are going to still evolve. There are some surprises that you’ll get a chance to see still and this episode should set the stage for whatever is coming in the remaining eight. Let’s just hope all of the main characters make it there…
