The Masked Singer review: Who is the Monster, Peacock, or Unicorrn?

The Lion – She opened up the show tonight with a fierce rendition of “Feeling Good” — she’s clearly a really good singer, even if she is not a professional singer. We know that she hasn’t sold a lot of records, judging from the clue — and apparently, the panel’s not even close to guessing who she is. (We’re with Nicole here — it’s probably an actor who just so happens to be able to sing, and we think that they are someone fairly young.)
The Deer – Is the Deer Peyton Manning, or is he not tall enough? He talked about horses previously and Peyton does a lot of commercials. This performance was better than the first one — he’s a little bit of a better country singer. The consensus pick here is Terry Bradshaw, especially since he does have a history in track and field.
The Peacock – We really like the humor and the heart of this guy, who really puts his all into these performances. We saw him overcome a fear of heights, move around the stage, and also belt out some serious notes. We understand the Donny Osmond guesses very much.
The Unicorn – We think the word “victorious” may be a little bit of a hint here, but that’s because we’ve had Tori Spelling as a big guess for a long time now. She’s talked so much about Beverly Hills, which is of course the setting for the 90210 series. She’s not a gymnast, which is one of the theories.
The Monster – He is a legitimately good singer, and that is one of the things that makes watching him perform so compelling! Also, we just think that the costume is so adorable and that is one of the things that makes watching him so much fun — he may even be making a career out of this show if he ends up sticking around long enough.
