Want to get some more information when it comes to NCIS: New Orleans season 5 episode 13, and Burton’s role of Nero? Then check out the attached synopsis tat CarterMatt has for you below:
“X” – NCIS investigates the disappearance of a Navy entomologist after a deadly shooting at a research lab. Nero (LeVar Burton), with Naval Intelligence, joins the investigation when the team discovers a rare and deadly virus was also stolen, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, Feb. 5 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
While the specifics surrounding Burton’s role in the story will be revealed down the line, any science-fiction fan has to hope for some scenes with him and Scott Bakula together. They have that Star Trek connection, even if they appeared on different iterations of the franchise. (LeVar did direct Bakula on several occasions with Star Trek: Enterprise.) One of the great things about this sort of guest spot is that, provided that Nero survives the episode, it feels like the door will always be open to more from LeVar down the line. Clearly, he’s a friend to production given how many times he’s worked as a director already.
What else are we hoping for with this episode?
Perhaps more than anything, we’re hoping that Pride will have a little bit of justice for his father at this point — though the jury’s still out on that. Because of the Presidential Address last week the episode ‘Vindicta” was delayed until tonight, but we’re finally going to get a chance now to see what’s coming up.
