A Million Little Things episode 10 preview: The Christmas episode

A Million Little Things

A Million Little Things episode 10 is set to arrive on ABC in one week’s time and based on early information, this one is important for many reasons. For starters, this is a chance to see a celebration of Christmas, and by and large we do think that there’s something special about these sort of episodes. This isn’t the sort of series where great things are happening all the time, but we do have at least some measure of optimism that there will be some moments in here worthy of a smile or two.

Of course, there is one other thing, though, that you have to remember: This is also going to be the last episode of the year. This means that in the midst of the holiday celebrations it may be wise to also think about and/or consider the likelihood (which is strong) that there’s going to be some sort of big cliffhanger at the end of it. Maybe this revolves around Delilah and her pregnancy, or maybe it’s something that comes more out of left field. As long as it is personal and not too much of a reach, we’ve got a feeling that we are going to be more than okay with whatever transpires … at least on a critical level. Emotionally is a really different story.

Below, CarterMatt has the A Million Little Things episode 10 synopsis, which does carry with it a few more details all about what you can expect to see:

With the holidays quickly approaching, Delilah struggles with telling Sophie and Danny about her pregnancy; and although Jon’s absence makes this time of year especially difficult, the gang comes together to help the Dixons embrace the Christmas spirit.

Doesn’t the end of that make everyone feel all warm and fuzzy … and also possibly distracting from whatever sort of sad thing could be happening over the course of this episode?

(Possible) good ratings news

For those of you who are checking the ratings for A Million Little Things constantly like we are, you probably know already that this show’s in a fairly-interesting ratings spot. While the numbers are reasonably good, this show does still have a little ways to go in order to ensure that the season 2 renewal actually happens. We do think that it’s a positive that Chicago PD is not coming on next week, given that this will allow the drama to at least come on the air with lesser competition.

If you frequently DVR the show (we know that there are a ton of you out there) and want to actually start watching live, now is the time to, at the very least, consider doing so!
