Good Trouble premiere video: Did someone steal Callie, Mariana’s stuff?

The Good Trouble premiere is officially coming to Freeform in January, and Freeform today was kind enough to unleash other tease!

Granted, this one is fairly short. You can see the characters of Callie and Mariana doing everything that they can in order to prepare for their new lives in Los Angeles. What they are realizing, though, is that their new home is not what it’s cracked up to be. The place is in some ways falling apart, and beyond just that, it seems as though it may not be in the best of neighborhoods either. After getting into a dispute over the rent and the “balance of power,” the two walk outside in order to see that someone may have broken into their moving truck — with that in mind, it’s possible that someone snatched a ton of their stuff.

Alas, the promo cuts off before we can fully learn, one way or another, whether or not most of Callie and Mariana’s things are okay.

Freeform chose to release this sneak peek to go along with their new March for the Polls initiative, which is doing everything that it can in order to convince the network’s younger audience (think adults 18-34, primarily) to go out and cast their vote in the midterm elections. You’re probably hearing this all of the place right now, but it’s something that is absolutely imperative to the future of the country. Young people do have the ability and the power to ensure that the world will be a better place; they all just need to head out to the polls and find a way in order for it to happen. It may be an inconvenience and some polling stations may have a long wait, but we certainly think that it will be worthwhile.

Beyond all else, we certainly think that it is something that Callie and Mariana would want you to do. Much of this new show is about trying to make the world a better place.
