Lucifer season 4 filming progress report: Where is the cast now in production?

Basically, Tom Ellis, Aimee Garcia, and the rest of the cast are now officially done with production on episode 7, which is the one directed by none other than Supernatural actor Richard Speight Jr. (Proof of this is coming below via Garcia’s Instagram account.) If you’ve followed along most of the cast on social media, one of the things that you’re going to realize is that everyone seemed to have a really good time. The Lucifer cast in general seems to be one who enjoys laughing and working together — there’s a lot of serious stuff that is tackled on a series like this, but at the same time, there’s also a capacity for many great laughs.
So now that episode 7 is done, the next order of business here is “Super Bad Boyfriend,” the eighth episode of the series and the penultimate one to the penultimate one of the fourth season. These ten episodes are going to be coming up on Netflix at some point in the new year — we’d love to to get these episodes sooner rather than later, but we’re also well aware that this is something that isn’t even in the cast or crew’s control. That’s all about what Netflix wants to do, but we suggest that you just stay attuned to what’s happening in the fandom along the way.
(Really, our wish for the holiday season to the folks at Netflix would be to give us a season 4 trailer — couldn’t you at least give us a few highlights from the early episodes?)
