Ink Master season 11 episode 11 preview: Who’s in danger now?
How so? Well, for starters it seems like there’s more potential for arguments between team members. Naturally, that happens when you spend as much time together as people on Team Christian have. Beyond that, there’s also some preexisting tension with Chris Shockley and some other people on his team. Christian has already realized that Chris is one of his better artists and as of late, we’ve seen him do his part in order to ease any frustration that he has. Yet, Chris may not be someone he can consistently win over; as the competition moves forward, tensions may continue to boil over.
Meanwhile, for Christian we’d probably choose to put many of our eggs into the Teej Poole basket. This is the guy who seems to be the most consistent artist that he has and tonight, he proved that he can do color just as well as he can do black and gray.
Over on Team Cleen, meanwhile, the priority moving forward seems to just be finding a way in order to ensure that there are no other problems. They have to ensure that they can avoid some of the conflict in the past; Kyle doesn’t have his brother anymore in the competition, and that could be trouble for him. Beyond that, though, we don’t get the sense that there is too much underlying tension here. Turk has proven his worth, and we do think that Tony Medellin and Tiffer Wright are two of the best artists in the whole season.
Basically, we think that there are about five or so artists this year with a really good chance of making it to the finale. It’s all going to come down to whether or not they can continue to keep their eyes on the prize.
