American Horror Story: Apocalypse episode 6 video: Jessica Lange & Murder house
How much so? Let’s just say that we are gearing up for the return of Murder House, and basically everything that is going to come along with that. This is a location iconic to the first season of the show, and to many, it does remain the best work that Ryan Murphy and the writers have ever done. Think about everything that this first season had, whether it be Connie Britton, Dylan McDermott, Rubber Man, Jessica Lange, darkness, something revolutionary to television, and anything/everything in between. We’re not quite sure that we’ve seen a product quite like it.
The return of Jessica Lange is one of the things that we’re most hyped up about entering this episode, which could also fill in some other cracks from the end of this past episode. As for how long we’re actually going to stay at the Murder House, we’re not sure it will last longer than this week — there is so much other material that season 8 has to take on, and so many other characters it needs to spend some time life. Nonetheless, we definitely do still feel like we’re going to have a chance to get some cool-and-creepy stuff in this episode. (Personally, we do hope that there is going to be a chance to take on some other seasons beyond this episode, mostly because there are still so many connections within these series and different things you can explore. Doesn’t Murphy still have some tricks up his sleeve?)
We’ll have a little bit more coverage coming up of this episode — after all, when you’ve got Jessica Lange coming back and also Sarah Paulson directing, don’t you think that the hype is going to be on another level? We definitely think so.
