The Gifted season 2 episode 3 preview: Is Polaris’ baby in danger?

Gifted season 2 episode 1

Following tonight’s episode, The Gifted season 2 episode 3 is going to deliver big trouble — especially for Polaris’ baby. She has only been out in the world for a very limited amount of time, and it already seems as though she is finding herself facing a number of difficult, trying obstacles. This is why we are predicting already that episode is going to be a difficult episode for her, but it could also certainly be rather trying for a number of other characters at the same time. This is what happens when you’ve got so many different factions at war with each other.

For some more information when it comes to The Gifted season 2 episode 3, just be sure to check out the full synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below:

Polaris’ baby begins to suffer from a deadly illness, leaving the Inner Circle unable to heal her, and prompting them to turn to an unexpected source for help. Meanwhile, Reed and Lauren take an excursion to deliver illegal meds, but Reed’s powers complicate their plans. Then, Thunderbird and Blink meet the leader of the Morlocks – a shadowy group of mutants that live underground – who offers to help them find the Inner Circle, but the two factions may not have the same goals in the all-new “coMplications” episode of THE GIFTED airing Tuesday, Oct. 9 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

The second season of The Gifted is certainly still in the early going, but we do think that we’re building up towards something big here and it will probably only get increasingly interesting as time goes along. The fact that this episode is entitled “coMplications” is pretty perfect, mostly because it does feel like this is one of the more complicated episodes that we’ve had a chance to see with this particular show so far.
