American Horror Story: Apocalypse trailer coming, says Ryan Murphy
In a new post on Instagram (see below), executive producer Ryan Murphy vowed that you will have a chance to see some sort of formal trailer before the start of the season. This welcome news comes after seeing a rather large array of different previews for the series over the past few weeks, without anywhere near as much of an indication as to whether or not we would be getting any real details about the story itself.
Luckily, it does feel as though we are going to be getting that before too long. Do we think that we need a ton of details in order to be excited about the upcoming season? Not exactly, since we know already that this is going to be a crossover between Murder House and Coven, two of the more popular seasons of the show. Many of your favorite actors from those seasons are appearing on the show in some capacity, whether it be Evan Peters, Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, or some other notable names. It’s an enormous cast who could end up telling a rather-ambitious tale — at least in theory. In some shape or form, we know that Murphy and the producers are going to have to figure out how to tell a story with so many notable names already dead.
The premiere of American Horror Story: Apocalypse is a little over a week away, but we will have some more news before long!
