Big Brother 20 live feed spoilers: Nominations; hacker competition rules (day 45, morning)

Angela

There is a lot of stuff to get through within the Big Brother 20 house, but let’s start things off with nominations.

Today, Head of Household Angela nominated Scottie as well as Rockstar for eviction, and based on what we’ve seen, Bayleigh did not use her Identify Theft power. The plan for now seems to be to backdoor Bayleigh, but we’ll see whether or not that comes to fruition since there are many things that can change.

Let’s kick things off on that subject by discussing the hacker competition, given that based on all of the information that is out there, things are going to get rather confusing to say the least. The winner of this competition apparently (per the houseguests, this is not confirmed) can replace one of the nominations, pick someone to play in the veto, and potentially even cancel out a vote. We actually wonder if they only get one of these powers as opposed to all three because this sounds extremely over-powered and like something that will be up there with some of the most unbalanced twists ever.

New video – We speculated on the hacker competition last night, while also discussing Rachel’s eviction. Watch that below and subscribe for more updates! You can also check out our Big Brother playlist for more.

The hacker competition is taking place at some point today, so hopefully by the end of it things in the house will be a little bit clearer. There are a number of moving parts that could happen in the game right now and there are a lot of different variables that could shake out depending on what happens from here. We think it’s likely that either Bayleigh or Scottie will go home this weekend, but a lot of it comes down to competition wins … which we don’t love, since competition wins shouldn’t be the sole component to the game.

Check back later today at this link, as we’re going to have some more updates, including our weekly interview with Allison Grodner.

As always, we welcome some of your thoughts right now in the comments!
