Snowfall season 2 episode 3 preview: Will murders tear Franklin’s crew apart?
Honestly, we weren’t sure that Snowfall would get so deadly so quickly in the run — at least when you think about the trajectory in the drug trade. Yet, that’s a big part of what makes it exciting. You are watching characters who absolutely are holding nothing back, and there is something really exciting about that since almost anything can happen.
Below, the Snowfall season 2 episode 3 synopsis offers some other insight into what’s next:
Two murders tear a divide in Franklin’s crew and set them on a collision course with Lucia, who has an agenda of her own. Teddy and Matt must appease their Colombian partners. Written by Walter Mosley; Directed by Alex Graves.
Judging from the promo, it feels like the Lucia – Franklin confrontation is going to be the main event … and we’re totally fine with that since there’s been so much buildup to get us to this point. We’re excited to be able to dive into these interactions, even though we’re also cognizant that it could lead to, of course, more death.
Ratings update
So how is season 2 performing so far? By and large, we do think that there’s some good news for Snowfall fans. The second episode from this past Thursday generated almost 900,000 viewers and a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic. While the show was down versus the premiere, to date it’s actually performing better on average than season 1! If that continues, it’s pretty darn hard to imagine a scenario in which this series doesn’t get a chance to continue. Fingers crossed we get more news soon.
