Elementary season 6 episode 13 spoilers: Joan’s adoption story continues

Elementary season 6 episode 13

For those wanting a little bit more information when it comes to Joan’s adoption story on Elementary season 6, episode 13 could be up your alley. This installment, entitled “Breathe,” is going to serve as a great opportunity to understand what’s happening with Joan, and also some of the problems that she runs into. We’ve already experienced one major setback for her as the first potential mother decided to keep her baby; we don’t want to see her continually devastated, but the reality of the situation she’s in is that this is the sort of thing that can often happen in the adoption world. You just have to be prepared for it.

Below, the Elementary season 6 episode 13 synopsis offered up a little more news when it comes to what lies ahead:

“Breathe” – Holmes and Watson investigate the poisoning of a relocation expert and discover the man led a decades-long secret career as a contract killer before his death. Also, Watson’s path to adopting a child suffers a setback as she prepares for a home visit from her agency case worker, on ELEMENTARY, Monday, July 30 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Aside from Joan’s story, it definitely does appear as though there is a lot of meaty, interesting story for the cast and crew to take on here. For example, poisoning stories often make for great mysteries given that just about anyone can be responsible for them. Beyond just that, you can also add onto that a little less evidence than you’d find in other cases.

This story seems to be on the other side of some of the other cases that are coming up, including next week’s big return of Moriarty as a factor. (There’s no guarantee you will actually see her — as a reminder, last night’s episode was preempted due to the Supreme Court announcement. That’s why we are still anticipating what comes next for Sherlock and Morland Holmes.)
