Nashville season 6 spoilers: Juliette’s cult story will become a big deal soon

While there was a lot of drama within the Nashville season 6 midseason premiere on CMT Thursday night, there was also definitely someone missing in Juliette. The character didn’t have much of a presence, and based on the previews for what lies ahead, it’s not altogether clear when she’s going to start to make more of an imprint. That’s a shame, mostly due to the fact that she is wrapped up in a cult right now and there is so much meaty story here to tell. Who doesn’t want to know how she gets out of this situation … provided that she ever does?

For those eager for more insight on what’s happening with her, have no fear since there are some stories coming up. Speaking on this subject via TV Guide, show executive producer Marshall Herskovitz had the following to say about at least one episode that will put her front and center:

I’d like for people to wait and see. It’s coming very soon, and it’s a very exciting episode. When we rediscover Juliette and what she’s been going through, I think people will really enjoy the ride that she takes them on.

We understand the frustrations perfectly when it comes to Nashville and the lack of Juliette lately, largely because she’s one of the major characters remaining from the very beginning of the series. Given that we were there when so much of her story first began, there is a definite desire to be there to see precisely how it ends. We want some sort of closure and ideally, we’d like for it to be of the happy variety. We’re not sure if Juliette is wired in such a way that there could be a drama-free existence for her, but it is at least a nice thought to consider.
