Ink Master season 10 episode 15: Ranking the final four
So where do the remaining four artists stand entering this last episode? For the sake of this article, we’re going to do the best that we can in order to rank the remaining contenders on the basis of their chances to actually win this whole competition in the end.
4. Jason Elliott – If there were no teams this season we’d probably move around #4 and #3. He’s a very good artist, but with some of the remaining artists being whittled down he’s naturally found himself near the bottom. He could, unfortunately, be the artist who ends up on the outside looking in moving into the finale.
3. Roly T-Rex – He is a very talented artist, but he’s also been somewhat inconsistent and his coach Steve Tefft has had some highs and lows with his team so far this season. The biggest reason to rank him #3 at the moment is just because it makes sense to have an artist from each team in the finale. That makes the finale just a little bit more exciting as a whole.
2. Josh Payne – He’s an exceptional artist, but we do still wonder whether or not he is the winner that the show / the editors really want. Here’s the thing about Josh right now, though — we do think he’s starting to be portrayed more positively and despite however much of a villain he may be, it’s hard to deny his ability. There is something rather appealing about a fantastic artist who is this confident and can actually back up much of what he has to say.
1. Juan Salgado – Finally, we’re sticking with Juan as the most-likely contender to win this show. He is the person with the most going for him just in terms of his story; to go along with that, he’s shown almost from start to finish a level of consistency and skill that is almost unparalleled. All of his work has been pretty perfect and he’s got a calm, cool demeanor that makes it seem as though he will be prepared for almost anything.
