Big Brother Canada 6 eviction: Did Andrew Miller, Hamza Hatoum go home?

Tonight’s Big Brother Canada 6 eviction was an odd one, mostly because of the fact that it came as a result of one of the biggest trainwreck Head of Household weeks of all time. The longer that the week went on, the more it looked like Ryan made a terrible mistake nominating Andrew and Hamza for eviction. He didn’t really want to send either one of them home and for whatever reason, he put himself in a position where he operated based on playing nice more so than doing what he felt was best for his game.

If there is one thing going for him at present, it’s mostly that nobody still seems altogether threatened by him coming out of this week. He almost bungled it so badly that nobody is taking him altogether seriously.

As for the vote tonight, this was basically a foregone conclusion that Andrew was going to be leaving the game in a unanimous vote. He didn’t make that much of an effort to campaign for his future in the game and beyond that, there wasn’t any incentive for anyone to keep him. Hamza has done a good job over the past few days of making himself likable to most of the other players. He also has a pretty decent alliance around him with Ryan, Merron, Veronica, Paras, Maddy, and Will — the White Room crew, if you will. Andrew got too paranoid in the game too quickly and played a little bit too hard as a result of that.

We do think that Andrew’s biggest problem was that twist at the start of the game since it forced him to be playing almost right away. If that hadn’t happened, maybe he could’ve been chill for at least another week or two. Unfortunately, we do think that he would’ve been evicted in short order anyway since his problems in this game were pretty deeply rooted.

Outside of the eviction, the thing that CarterMatt was the most psyched about making the show tonight was the segment about the Have-Nots putting tinfoil over everything in the storage room.
