When How to Get Away with Murder season 4 episode 12 airs on ABC in one week’s time, you will see another instance of things surrounding Annalise Keating starting to fall apart. This, to date, has been a season about her attempt to bounce back. She’s building a class action lawsuit and through that, has done virtually everything that she can to ensure that she creates a case that sticks from start to finish.

Instead, what really matters is how you can bounce back once that occurrence happens. Annalise has been through enough over the years that we think that we’re going to see the character recover from whatever lies ahead; yet, there is always that

Annalise deals with an unforeseen issue after damaging details about a key witness are exposed in her case to help Laurel. Meanwhile, the “K4” continue their efforts to help build a case for Annalise’s class action lawsuit.

We don’t envision the class action lawsuit being wrapped up at any point in the future — or at least until on the other side of getting to see the upcoming crossover with Scandal. While ABC has not confirmed as of yet the precise details surrounding the crossover, all signs (at least at the moment) point towards the show doing what they can to implement the class action suit in there somewhere. Kerry Washington and Viola Davis are going to be teaming up, and as a result of that will be all sorts of entertainment gold. Let’s just hope that it lives up to some of the hype.
