Supergirl season 3 episode 10 trailer features Reign’s awakening, further chaos
Let’s start with the character who very much remains the main event at the heart of story in Reign, mostly because she is one of the most terrifying villains that we’ve had a chance to see on the CW series to date. With Supergirl incapacitated after the most-recent fight between the two the rest of the DEO, (with their help from the Legion of Superheroes) is going to do everything that they can in order to stop her. In theory, you would want to think that three people with powers would be able to take down one person, but there is a reason why she is referred to as a Worldkiller. This is not someone you can mess around with and her powers probably eclipse any one of them individually.
Sometimes, having the advantage when it comes to sheer manpower doesn’t mean all that much. Just take a look at the end of this past season, where it appeared as though the Daxamites had the upper hand by a pretty large degree over everyone who was fighting against them.
This episode offers you the first real opportunity to see both Mon-El and Saturn Girl in their Legion of Superheroes costumes — for a little more news about that, all you have to do is visit the link here. Yet, by the end of the episode we imagine that costumes are not going to be all that high up on the list of things to remember about this episode. It’s more about trying to find a way to solve the next phase of Reign’s plan seemingly called the “awakening”; meanwhile, at the same time another order of business will be finding a way to wake Kara up. She is recovering following her near-death at the hands of Reign in the winter finale and it is going to be up to her (and newcomer Brainiac-5) to figure out if there is a way to bring her back.
