How to Get Away with Murder season 4 episode 8: Where is Laurel’s baby?
While we certainly don’t anticipate every loose end on the show to be tied up, this episode should offer up some closure. It may introduce some new questions, but you can decide as to whether or not some of those questions are worth getting excited about.
For a little more news regarding what is coming, take a look at the How to Get Away with Murder season 4 episode 8 synopsis CarterMatt has for you below:
Annalise is confronted with disturbing news involving one of Isaac’s patients that puts her sobriety at risk. Meanwhile, the investigation into Wes’ murder comes to a head, and the shocking details involving the whereabouts of Laurel’s baby are revealed.
Does anyone else feel as though the investigation into Wes’ death has been going on for the better part of the past three years? Yes, we’re well aware of the fact that the character died at this point last year, but there is so much going on in the How to Get Away with Murder universe that events seem to drift into the rear-view mirror quickly. So much has happened in the aftermath of the death that it feels as though that death was ages ago.
Will there be some potentially-happier stories in this episode? Well, probably not. The end of tonight’s episode, where we got an admission from Oliver that he knew who was responsible for Wes’ death, pretty much ensured that he wasn’t going to get engaged. You’ve also got Annalise’s life on the line in the flash-forwards — at the end of tonight’s episode there was a glimpse of a flatline. Was it her? The prevailing internet theory at the moment is that it’s Connor, which is more likely since Viola Davis probably isn’t leaving her own show.
One final note
This is the winter finale. No matter what happens, there’s probably some crazy cliffhangers coming.
