Criminal Minds season 13 episode 6 spoilers: Aisha Tyler directs ‘The Bunker’
Below, you can get a few more details via CBS all about some of what you’re going to have a chance to see over the course of this episode.
“The Bunker” – When several women go missing in Virginia, the BAU must figure out what they have in common in order to find them, on CRIMINAL MINDS, Wednesday, Nov. 1 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Series star Aisha Tyler directed the episode.
If you find yourself reading that and wanting to know more about what is coming beyond these events, rest assured that you’re not alone. Remember that there are so many details that CBS often chooses to keep hidden in advance of these episodes airing, and the vast majority of the time these are connected to stories outside of the UnSub of the week. The network chooses to give you those details in advance as a way to separate one case from the other — that makes some sense given that the case often does dominate the majority of the episode.
The one thing that we could say about this installment in advance is that the title here in “The Bunker” is likely going to be a big-time clue when it comes to where these missing women are. Has someone trapped them in such a place? It’s possible, or this bunker could be a red herring for another surprising twist we see along the way. Given that this is Tyler’s first episode as director we feel like the writers probably especially wanted her to shine, and with that they gave her some material that is especially creepy and she could knock out of the park.
Luckily, we’re going to get a chance to find out more when this episode airs! Rest assured that we’re going to have much more in the way of information in the next couple of weeks. (There should be a longer preview for this after the last episode in October.)
