NCIS returns, Late Late Show CBS Television City tour, Tom Cruise on Conan, Bull is back
If you’re looking for great shows, look no further than CBS. The NCIS season premiere will offer some clues on what happened to Agent Gibbs and Agent McGee. The cliffhanger on the season finale had viewers excited to see how this all plays out. Agent Gibbs isn’t the only NCIS who has career concerns. Later on in the evening, the viewers will learn the fate of Agent Pride on NCIS: New Orleans. Ending the season with more questions than answers, it’s possible Pride’s team will have a new focus while issues are sorted out.
Tom Cruise on Conan
Last night Conan O’Brien offered a cryptic message to the viewers of Conan. He told everyone to watch on Tuesday night for two of the biggest stars in Hollywood getting together. One of those stars is Conan (the joke), but the other name he mentioned was Tom Cruise. This teaser has raised my curiosity. I’ve always been on Team Coco and as a huge Tom Cruise fan, this connection might be one of the most interesting opportunities yet. So what am I suggesting? Um, well, tune in. It might be a great moment….
Bull is back
If you haven’t heard, Bull is back. Tonight the Bull season premiere will engage all of the Michael Weatherly fans once again. If you watch the show, the intriguing element of this series is the character flaws that Weatherly showcases. The classy actor has really offered himself to this show in a fresh, unique spin. Call me crazy, but Michael Weatherly was born to play this role. He’s so natural in the courtroom setting that viewers get swept up in the story.
CBS Television City tour
When is the last time you’ve been on a CBS Television City tour? On The Late, Late Show with James Corden, one of his staff (or maybe just a random bloke) Ensworth Plankwhistle walked viewers around the CBS campus in Los Angeles. The whole video, down to the dude’s uniform, is hilarious. I mean it’s unfortunate that they didn’t let the tour be conducted in the building as answers could have been seriously revealed. Plus, the explanation of why the big arrows are painted on the parking lot, how Corden uses security and the idea that the parking area was a used car lot was off the chain. If the tour will continue to be conducted inside, I want to be a guest to hear Mr. Plankwhistle’s explanation on everything!
And Finally…
It’s National Pancake Day (#NationalPancakeDay) and I’d be remiss if I didn’t wish you and yours a great day filled with syrup and whipped cream. If you’re feeling like your pancake isn’t big enough to celebrate the holiday, then you need to ask Uncle Buck for a little help. The iconic scene is one that reflects how much of a good thing, is really too much….So choose your pancakes wisely.
