Does Wells Adams’ Bachelor in Paradise kiss hurt Bachelor chances?

Wells Adams

Is the future for Wells Adams as a potential Bachelor favorite brighter thanks to the most-recent Bachelor in Paradise episode?

Before we answer that question definitively, let’s backtrack for a minute to when some of the Wells – Bachelor talk started in the first place. All you have to do is go back to the talk that Peter Kraus may not be the lead on the show despite some of the initial talk that he had the role on lock. There may be concerns about whether or not he would propose at the end … though we do still think a certain degree of the questioning taking place online is just an intentional smokescreen on the part of ABC to throw people off the scent. It happens ever year.

If Peter isn’t the choice, however, we do see signs that Wells is clearly the guy in the best position to take the gig home. For one, he’s well-known and well-liked among both people who’ve been on Bachelor shows and also some of the people who watch them. Beyond that, he’s also the sort of person who would be kind and generous in the role. We’ve never got the impression that he is a part of the franchise for the purpose of reaching some new echelon of fame, so there is something to like about him taking on the part solely for the purpose of finding love.

Do we think the kiss with Danielle changes anything? If the two are now together it certainly would, but there hasn’t been all that much said officially about whether or not the two are together. This may have just been a great TV moment, much to the chagrin of all of the people out there who have been ‘shipping the two of them. Personally, we just think it’d make for a funny story that the guy who was the bartender on this past Bachelor in Paradise season ends up being the person who ends up starring on the next season of the show in hopes of finding love. It’s probably be the quirkiest story that we’ve heard regarding someone getting the role.
