Queen of the South season 2 episode 5 spoilers: Teresa’s journey to Bolivia
Next week, the journey is going to continue with an episode entitled “El Nacimiento De Bolivia” that, as you would suggest, is going to bring some of these characters to that country. While there, they will potentially come into collision with one of the most notorious characters that they’ve seen to date in El Santa. We have to imagine that based on name alone, El Santo is going to be some modified version of El Chapo fitted to suit the show’s signature tone.
Queen of the South season 2 episode 5 synopsis – “Teresa, James and Guero travel to Bolivia in search of a new supplier: the mysterious and dangerous narco-cult leader El Santo.”
For those who didn’t see how the show did in the ratings last week, there is some pretty good news to report there: It stayed fairly steady with the same 0.4 rating as the week before. So far, it’s virtually even with the average that it drew for season 1, and it’s roughly around the same in total viewers. The difference is at this point so minuscule that it seems petty to even bring it up.
Promo – This gives you a pretty full scope of Teresa’s operation in Bolivia, and precisely how dangerous things are going to get to go along with that. She is going to be going all-out to make sure that she gets what she wants with El Santo, but there is a pretty good indication in here that someone is not emerging from this situation in one piece. Expect one of the most action-packed episodes you’ve seen to date.
