Survivor: Game Changers finale preview: Possible final six insanity

final six

The final six on Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance proved itself to be all sorts of crazy, and on Survivor: Game Changers, the same thing could happen.

For a moment, let’s map out a little bit of what could theoretically happen at this upcoming vote. Tai has two immunity idols, and could theoretically play them both over the course of Tribal Council. Meanwhile, Troyzan also has one, and Sarah has the Legacy Advantage. This means that technically, four out of the six players could be immune without even mentioning the Immunity Challenge. This means that either Cirie or Aubry could go home at this point almost by default.

Let’s talk about something even crazier now. Let’s say that Cirie or Aubry win immunity — it’s not likely given the impressive and physical challenge below, but still possible. The other one could be theoretically eliminated by default. That would make for an incredible TV moment, but it’s also admittedly a pretty lousy way for someone to go home after playing the game hard from the beginning. You could argue that this is one of the biggest cases against there being so many twists in the game, just because you do still want to see strategic maneuvering and gameplay take place from start to finish.

Prediction Time – Based on the look of this final immunity challenge in the preview, it feels pretty clear that Brad, Troyzan, or Sarah will probably win it. Provided that Tai and Troyzan play their idols properly, you could in turn see Cirie or Aubry go here. Whoever stays between the two will likely go at the final five or four.

Given that they have all of the idols at the moment and have a ton of challenge prowess in addition to that, the three guys would be smart to stick together given that any of the women could beat them in the end. If the final three is Tai, Troyzan, and Brad, Culpepper is probably the winner of the season. The only way we don’t see this happening is if someone like Sarah wins a challenge or two in the clutch; if she makes it to the end, she probably wins even if some people are bitter towards her.

Cirie is probably our personal favorite of the final six, but it’s almost impossible to imagine a scenario where someone willingly goes to the end with her.
