Bull season 2: Michael Weatherly – Cote de Pablo reunion possible
While nothing is confirmed at present when it comes to Cote on Bull season 2, signs point to a reunion being a possibility. Speaking per TheWrap, Weatherly noted that there are talks to potentially bring Cote over to his new show for a role. He also expressed that there are also hopes that the second season ends up becoming even more successful than the first:
“I think ‘Bull’ Season 2 is going to be ripe to be re-reviewed. I think it’s a show that has won many fans but I think it’s going to win many more.”
There does certainly seem to be a wide array of characters Cote could play, as Eliza Dushku as J.P. Nunnelly proved at the end of this season that there is room for strong, challenging recurring characters who can alter Bull’s way of thinking in some fairly dramatic ways. Personally, we’ve always liked the idea of her being a formidable opponent — there’s a piece on the cite already advocating for her to be the Moriarty to his Sherlock Holmes, so to speak. Having her be an enemy of Bull’s in some ways would be infinitely fun.
Is there an interest on the show’s part in making this happen? Probably, since it’d attract a ton of viewers and give the show even more life. Meanwhile, Weatherly certainly seems to be down for her coming on board. If the role is right and there’s room in her schedule, you have to assume that she would also consider it. Time will tell if it happens, but consider this something to remember over the course of the summer.
Do you want to see Cote de Pablo on Bull season 2, and if so, in what role? Be sure to sound off in the comments now!

I hope so! Love them on screen together, no matter the role.

I’d actually like to see de Pablo flex her acting chops on something else, as something other than “Ziva”, and not merely part of a romantic pairing.
I had enough of other fans claiming for me that I wanted NCIS turned into a soap opera but I was attached to that show, I’m not attached enough to Bull. If they go down the romance route next season with de Pablo or even Dushku, that frees up an hour a week to do something more productive with my life.
I like Harmon, but I don’t want to see him turning up on Bull, either.

I agree. I like the actress. Would love to see her on Bull but not as a relationship. Bull needs something. It’s rather boring.

If de Pablo should really make an appearance on Bull, I’d stop watching the show. I’m not really into it but watch it because I like Weatherly. Having her appear would make me stop watching the show all together. She’s a weak actress and would only use it to add more fuel to the fire. Her fans went crazy after she left NCIS and she supported their behavior. Her character on NCIS was weakly performed and she needs attention. Michael sadly does, too.

I’m a fan and I certainly didn’t go crazy. Her NCIS was weakly performed and she needs attention? Meow.

Bring Back Cote or Cote’s Army ring any bell? These people have shown crazy behavior since 2013. And since she can’t seem to get any roles she needs every attention she can get.

I’m not a fan of reuniting old “ships” in new shows, no matter who they are. It’s never the same, and it never satisfies the fans who want it to BE the same. The chemistry these two had as Tony & Ziva won’t ever be the same as Bull & New Character. Different show, different writers, different show runner, different characters, different surrounding cast, different time in the actors’ lives.
The reason Tiva became what it became was because audiences watched the whole thing build from the beginning. It was the years of getting to know each other, trust each other, etc. that made it so satisfying when it really clicked. Put Cote into Bull and she’ll be a character with “history” (RME) who is dropped in with a soft backstory to push her into Bull’s life and try to make her fit. The network will assume everyone watching will “get” that they used to be Tony & Ziva and assume Michael & Cote can recreate that chemistry five years later. But I just don’t think they can slip it back on like a glove and pick up the chemistry where it left off. That’s a huge order.

I would love for Ziva to come to Bull and be his love interest there as well. as much as I love NCIS with Tony and Ziva gone it’s not the same . I would like to see them both back in NCIS more then anything. If we have to.settle then put them.bith in Bull together as a love interest.

They have great chemistry. I don’t understand some people’s nastiness about the actress. Apparently they don’t think Michael’s a good judge of character.

I never liked her as an actress and never liked her character. I think it would be better not to have her on Bull at all. She certainly lacks the acting ability to do well on a show like this.

Doesn’t have the acting skills? Compared to who Emily Wickersham or Geneva Carr? Couldn’t disagree more. I don’t think any of the current actors on Bull are better than she. And the woman who replaced her on NCIS was ridiculously bad. IMO, no matter the venue pairing Cote de Pablo with Weatherly would be a major upgrade. They magnify each other’s chemistry and build in a synergistic way JMO.

No Weatherly and Cote! Cote and Weatherly lost their right to screen time together a long time ago! Individual fine, together crase!! You both “CHOSE” to go in individual directions and now since your careers are “creening” you think you can USE your NCIS affiliation to bolster them!
Get real! Loved you both, saw you both in your early careers prior to NCIS …..you both bolted…..you pay. Build it on your own, you have the talent and will….stop using.

I do not care what part she would play, just so long as she is there. I absolutely love, love, love her.

I am in. I love the idea of them going against each other on cases and then ending up together eventually.

I think she would be great as a lawyer. She and Mike worked so well together on NCIS. Maybe later on she can comeback to NCIS or she can also make an appearance on SVU.

I think it would be great. I don’t think he has much chemistry with anyone in Bull. Initially I believed I t wouldn’t be a great idea to have any NCIS guest stars but I’ve changed my opinion. They have great chemistry. She is awesome. Lots of chemistry and talent.
