NCIS season 14 episode 22 sneak peek: More looks at ‘Beastmaster’
The first preview below for “Beastmaster” is another reminder that Gibbs always seems to come in and interrupt things right when they are about to get either really good or really crazy. In this instance, he specifically interrupts McGee trying to use some of the other agents right when they are bailing him out of a responsibility that he messed up on. It’s typically funny banter before a case, but it’s also understandable why McGee would get a little lax on things here and there given that he’s also in the process of getting married. You are going to see him and Delilah tying the knot presumably on the show next week, provided that something terrible doesn’t happen along the way.
As for the second sneak peek, this one brings you more out to the scene of a crime at a National Park … or what really looks like a series of crimes. The further that the NCIS team digs, the more that they uncover that there are several bodies who were left there at one point or another. Given that some of the remains are bones, they’ve been sitting there a long time. This episode features a guest appearance from Elisabeth Rohm as Mounted Police Sergeant May Dawson; Rohm has been almost everywhere on TV as of late. She was the Big Bad of The Last Ship season 3, she’s been a big part of Jane the Virgin, and she was also Dr. Madison Gray on Hawaii Five-0. We’re not sure that there is a frequent guest star on more shows than her over the course of the past year or so.
We don’t have expectations that this episode reveals anything larger than just giving us a good case and setting the stage for some fun character interactions. The final two episodes of season 14 are the ones that we imagine will stick with us for a little bit longer.
