Is Scorpion new tonight on CBS? We know that we’d love a chance to see some more stories, especially since this is the sort of super-fun show that is perfect TV escapism. If you’re having a rough day, it’s so easy to come home and see precisely what sort of trouble Walter O’Brien and company are going to get themselves into.

Unfortunately, we’re not going to be seeing a new episode on the air this week — or any episode at all. Thanks to sports coverage on CBS, the show is preempted, but it will return next week with a story that will feature an asteroid as a central plot point. What’s more appropriate a subject matter for the team than outer space? We’re hard-pressed to really think of one at all.

For the sake of the remainder of this article, what we want to do is go ahead and give you a further sense as to precisely what the remainder of the season is going to be, and also when it is going to air. That way, you don’t have any further confusion the rest of the way!

On April 24, CBS is going to be giving you a repeat of the season 3 episode entitled “Bat Poop Crazy,” and that will be your last hiatus of the entire season. There are going to be three more episodes coming up on May 1, May 8, and May 15. Of course, the final one will serve as the finale, and hopefully one that features some big stuff with the characters of Happy and Toby. We don’t have any guarantee at the moment that the show is going to give us a wedding this season, but that’s going to be what we’re hoping to see for the time being.
